AdsMaldorini is owned by Maldorini Technologies LLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the AdsMaldorini's Services and Website, located at https://adsmaldorini.com.

This AdsMaldorini terms of Service (the "Terms" or "Agreement") is an agreement between AdsMaldorini (“AdsMaldorini” or “We”) and the user/Subscriber (the “User” or “You”) who uses the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the official website of AdsMaldorini (the “Website”). This Agreement provides for the rights and responsibilities of both AdsMaldorini and the User. By using the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the Website, you acknowledge that you agree to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not use the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the Website. In the event that you subscribed to any service provided by AdsMaldorini, you shall agree to the service agreement of that product as well.

General Terms

AdsMaldorini reserves the right to change or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Terms for the latest changes. Any changes or modifications of this Terms shall take effect once it is published on the Website (unless the effective time is otherwise prescribed). You agree that by using the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the Website following any changes to this Terms, you are agreeing to accept such changes. If you have any objections to the changes to this Terms or if you are dissatisfied with the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the Website, you should immediately: (1) stop using the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the Website; and (2) inform AdsMaldorini to stop providing service to you. You agree that once the service is terminated, User’s right to use the services provided by AdsMaldorini and/or the Website is terminated immediately.

Ad Campaigns

AdsMaldorini reserves the right to approve or disapprove any ad Campaign created by any user. Ad Campaigns created by a user will only be approved if it meets the requirements of the AdsMaldorini ad Campaign. The AdsMaldorini ad Campaign requirements are stated bellow:

• Your products and services must be 100% legitimate.
• The links to your product and service details must be from a secure source.
• The media material(s) attached to your ad campaign must be attractive, informative and not offensive.
• You must strictly follow the ad campaign media upload instructions (file size and image dimensions and more..).
• We do NOT accept ad campaigns that contains or promotes pornographic contents.

Paid Ad Campaign Media Materials(s)

A user can contract AdsMaldorini to design or create media materials for their ad campaigns. On job completion, your ad campaign media material(s) will be sent directly to your email. Your ad campaign communication with the AdsMaldorini media team will be strictly on email.

All ad campaign media material(s) payments must be made before the commencement of the media material(s) designs/creation and all payments must be made directly from the official Adsmaldorini website.

AdsMaldorini Payment Method

To ensure efficiency and ease of payment across countries and geographical locations, all payments on Adsmaldorini is done via cryptocurrency. You can either use the automated cryptocurrency payment portal or the manual cryptocurrency payment portal.

All approved ad campaign(s) will commence operation immediately after payment confirmation.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Maldorini Technologies LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on AdsMaldorini. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from AdsMaldorini for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material(s) from AdsMaldorini without authorisation.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material(s) from AdsMaldorini.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material(s) from AdsMaldorini without authorisation.
• Redistribute content(s) from AdsMaldorini without authorisation.

Hyperlinking to our Website

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government Agencies
• Search Engines
• News Organizations
• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses
